As the prevention research arm of the CDC, the PRC works with over 35 universities across the U.S. to find ways to change lifestyles and life habits that affect health. Community or population group research leads to recommended solutions, partnership-based action plans, and ultimately the expansion of successful programs to communities across the country.
Tailfin Marketing worked with a large committee of research and communications professionals from the PRC to reformulate the brand’s communication strategy. That strategy was then shared with key PRC leaders in Atlanta as well as health professors at select universities, to ensure a strategy based on the grass root realities of local efforts, while remaining focused on larger prevention goals.
Tailfin led the creation of the new PRC logo and tagline, a 28-page brand brochure, newsletter, fact-sheet and research summary templates. A brand identity guide was also produced to help ensure adoption of the new brand identity across the system of PRCs.
